Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Lex Noel Jewels! We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if you need to exchange an item. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how returns and exchanges work.

1. Store Credit Only — No Refunds
We want you to absolutely love your jewelry. While we don’t offer refunds, we do accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery—so you can choose another piece you're just as excited about.
Please note: we don’t offer direct exchanges, and return shipping is only covered if your order was purchased with Checkout+. Otherwise, you’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping through our return portal.
2. Return Eligibility for Store Credit
To qualify for store credit, your return must meet the following requirements:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition — all returns are carefully inspected before store credit is issued

Return must be started via our return portal within 7 days of the delivery date

All original packaging must be sent back with the item

Items must include any original accessories and be shipped back in the original shipping box
We reserve the right to deny store credit if the item shows any signs of wear or damage. If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please refer to Section 5 for next steps.
3. How to Request a Return
To begin your return for store credit, visit our Return Portal. You’ll need to enter your email address, ZIP code, and either your order number or tracking number to get started.
In the portal, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the return process. If your order was purchased with Checkout+, you’ll receive free return shipping. If not, you’ll be prompted to purchase a return label directly through the portal.
You’ll also have the option to schedule a free pickup of your return, so there’s no need to make a trip to the post office.
4. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged (see Section 5).
If you selected Checkout+ at checkout, return shipping is covered and a prepaid label will be provided through our Return Portal. If you did not add Checkout+, you’ll be prompted to purchase a return label directly in the portal.
All return items must be shipped in Lex Noel’s original packaging, as it is specifically designed to protect your jewelry during transit. Items returned in non-original or insufficient packaging may not be eligible for store credit if damaged.
We also recommend using a trackable shipping method and adding insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost or damaged in transit.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
At Lex Noel, we take pride in the quality of our pieces and want you to feel confident wearing them every day. If your jewelry experiences a defect within normal wear and tear, we’ll gladly repair it—on us—within 3 months of delivery.
To report a damaged or defective item, please log in to our Return Portal and submit clear photos of the issue so our team can review your case promptly.
We’re committed to making things right, which may include a complimentary repair or, in some cases, an exchange. Please keep in mind:

- Damaged or defective items are not subject to the standard 7-day unworn exchange window, but must be reported as soon as possible.

- Items are eligible for free repair within 3 months of delivery if the damage is due to a product fault and falls within the scope of normal wear.
Examples of damage not covered include:

- Rips, snags, or broken parts caused by rough handling, impact, or misuse (e.g., being pulled, caught, or chewed)

- Water damage to items marked as not water-safe in their product descriptions
We recommend carefully reviewing all product descriptions to understand care instructions, especially regarding water exposure and jewelry longevity.
If your item is approved for repair or replacement, Lex Noel will cover return shipping costs. If your case is not approved, you may still have the option to pay for shipping and repair should you wish to move forward with fixing the item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Some pieces are extra special—whether they’re made just for you, part of a limited run, or marked as final sale. Because of their nature, the following items are not eligible for return:

- Customized or personalized jewelry (including engraved, custom-length, or made-to-order styles)

- Final sale items, including limited-edition collaborations, one-of-a-kind pieces, and others specifically noted in the product description

- Gift cards
We always recommend reading product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure whether an item is final sale, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to double-check for you before you place your order!
7. Processing Returns
Once your return arrives and has been inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria, we’ll process it and issue your store credit.
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your return has been reviewed and your credit has been applied.
8. Additional Information
Please note that shipping times for exchanged items may vary.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the item is returned damaged or worn or does not meet the above criteria.
9. What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an optional add-on at checkout that covers your return shipping. When you opt in, you’ll receive a prepaid return label—so you can return any eligible item for store credit, hassle-free.
If you choose not to add Checkout+, you can still initiate a return through our portal, but you’ll be responsible for purchasing your own return label.
All returns must meet the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages
We want every Lex Noel package to arrive safely at your doorstep. But on rare occasions, things can happen in transit, which is why we offer Checkout+ at checkout to protect your order from loss, theft, or damage after it leaves our hands.
If you added Checkout+ to your order, your package is fully protected. If your order hasn’t arrived or appears to be missing, please navigate to our Return Portal and follow the steps to report the issue. We’ll assist you right away with locating or replacing your package.
If Checkout+ was not selected, Lex Noel Jewels is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received. In these cases, you’ll need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request further assistance.
We always recommend selecting a secure delivery location and keeping an eye on your tracking updates to ensure your jewels arrive safe and sound.
