The Lex Care Commitment

At Lex Noel, we stand by the pieces we hand-pick and design to be worn, loved, and styled again and again. Your jewelry should feel like a lasting part of your story, and we want you to keep wearing and loving it with confidence.
We offer a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery for any item that experiences a fault due to normal wear. If your jewelry breaks within this timeframe, we’ll happily repair or replace it.
What’s Covered:
If your jewelry was damaged under typical use, we’ve got you covered.
Some examples include:

☼ A link that breaks without misuse
In these cases, we’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can ship the piece back to us for repair or replacement.
What’s Not Covered:
We wish we could protect against everything, but some types of damage fall outside of our warranty:

☼ Breakage from pulling, catching, dropping, or rough handling

☼ Damage caused by pets (chewed or bent pieces)

☼ Water damage to items not marked as water-safe

Let’s talk about tarnishing!
We pride ourselves on offering many tarnish-resistant pieces; styles you can reach for again and again with confidence. While we do our best to select materials that hold up beautifully with everyday wear, it's important to know that tarnishing can still happen over time depending on how your jewelry is cared for.
Tarnishing is a natural chemical reaction that occurs when certain metals are exposed to elements like sunscreen, perfume, sweat, lotions, water, and even the environment where your jewelry is stored. Because of this, tarnishing is not considered a product fault and isn’t covered under our warranty.
Some of our pieces are waterproof, but not all. We always recommend checking the product description for care notes and water-safe labels before wearing your jewelry in the shower, pool, or while applying products. A little extra care goes a long way in keeping your pieces shining ✨
What Happens Next:
You will submit your claim via the return portal with photos, if approved, you will mail the piece back to us and we’ll repair or replace the item and cover the shipping costs both ways. If the damage falls outside of what’s covered, we’ll still offer you the option to move forward with a repair, you’d just need to cover the shipping and service fee.
