By participating in the Lex Noel Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and expectations.
Participation
Lex Noel Jewels reserves the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.
We also reserve the right to remove affiliates from the program at any time if guidelines are not followed or if the partnership is no longer aligned.
Affiliate Discount
Affiliates receive access to a 30% off discount code for personal use.
This code is:
- Intended for affiliate use only
- Not to be shared, distributed, or used by others
To redeem your 30% off, check your affiliate portal for your one-time access code.
This code is unique to you and for personal use only.
Any misuse — including sharing your discount code with others — may result in:
- Immediate removal from the program
- Revocation of discounts and commissions
- Ineligibility for future partnerships
Affiliate Code & Customer Offer
Affiliates will be provided with a unique code for their audience, offering:
- 15% off for customers
- 10% commission earned by the affiliate on qualifying sales
Your code may be used multiple times by customers and is intended to be shared through your content and platforms.
Lex Noel Jewels reserves the right to withhold or adjust commission payouts in cases of code misuse, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution, third-party sharing outside of your audience, or suspicious activity.
Posting Requirements
To remain an active affiliate, you agree to:
- Share at least one (1) Instagram story featuring Lex Noel Jewels for each discounted piece received
- Tag @lexnoel.jewels in all required content
For this required story post only, Content should:
- Clearly feature the jewelry
- Not tag any other brands
- Align with the Lex Noel brand
For any additional content (Reels, posts, TikToks, etc.), you are absolutely welcome to:
- Tag other brands alongside Lex Noel
- Incorporate the jewelry in a more natural, lifestyle-focused way
We encourage you to share Lex Noel in a way that feels authentic to your content and personal style. The more you organically post and share your pieces, the greater your opportunity to drive sales and earn commission.
Failure to meet the required story posting expectations may result in removal from the program and/or loss of affiliate benefits.

Content Usage
By participating, you agree that Lex Noel Jewels may:
- Repost and share your content across our platforms (Instagram, TikTok, website, email, etc.)
All creators will always be tagged and credited when content is used where possible.
Additionally, while not required, we greatly appreciate affiliates who are open to providing or allowing us to use original, unedited (text-free) content featuring Lex Noel pieces. This type of content allows us to showcase your styling across our website, social platforms, and marketing in a more seamless and elevated way.
Sharing this kind of content is completely optional and outside of posting requirements, but it gives us the opportunity to feature you more, support your content, and highlight your work within the Lex Noel community.
Commission & Sales Expectations
Affiliates earn 10% commission on sales made using their unique code.
- Commission is only earned on completed, non-refunded orders
- Lex Noel reserves the right to adjust commission structure at any time
Affiliates are expected to actively promote and generate sales.
If an affiliate is consistently using their discount for personal purchases without generating sales over time, Lex Noel Jewels reserves the right to pause or terminate their affiliate status.
Payouts
Commission payouts are processed every 30 days through the Collab app.
- Please ensure you have set up your preferred payment method within the app to receive payouts
- Payouts are based solely on tracked sales reflected within the Collab app
- Lex Noel Jewels is not responsible for commissions on sales that are not properly tracked through the platform
Free Product Incentives
As part of the Lex Noel affiliate program, you’ll have the opportunity to earn free jewelry based on performance — currently, one free piece for every 10 sales made through your code.
This is our way of celebrating your growth and saying thank you for being part of the brand 🤍
As you continue to grow with us, there may also be opportunities for additional perks, including product gifting, content collaborations, features across our platforms, and potential involvement in future brand moments.

Lex Noel Jewels reserves the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue incentive structures and gifting opportunities at any time.

Brand Representation
Affiliates agree to represent Lex Noel Jewels in a positive, respectful, and brand-aligned manner.
We reserve the right to remove affiliates who:
- Misrepresent the brand
- Engage in harmful, offensive, or inappropriate behavior
- Violate platform guidelines
Changes to Terms
Lex Noel Jewels may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
